Policies

Levity Mountain can be rented either exclusively for lodging or for lodging and events. Rates will vary slightly by season. 

Summer rates are as follows: 

Combined lodging and events rates rates (inclusive of two-nights lodging, usage of event spaces, and table and chair rental*) are $6,000. 

Lodging rates (without events) are $1,750 per night, with a two-night minimum. 

 

In addition to the rental rate, there is 10% cleaning fee and 10% tax. Rental payments (50%) are to be made at time of reservation and (50%) three months before the event.

Provided tables and chairs are for up to 80 guests.  You are welcome to cook for yourself, hire an outside caterer, or select from Earth Sky Time’s farm to table menus. We are available to help organize extra rentals, staffing, and catering for additional costs. While we are happy to help give advice, we do not provide event coordination services. The party organizers assume responsibility for the guests. We have a firm sound ordinance that there can be no outdoor music after 10PM. We require that all events of over 50 people reserve an event insurance policy.
